When to rebuild headlight assembly
Hey all,
Looking at the headlight assembly here. One spring is broken - all the others seem fine.
Turning my attention to the nylon bushings and track. How snug should they be? Do they take some kind of lube, like white grease?

When I replaced mine they are loose. I did not use any grease on the oval shaped nylon bushings.

I also do not lube up the kidney bean looking bushings. No need in my opinion. BUT I do lube up the rod and bushing in the clevis a the end of the headlight actuator rod and the pivot with a grease of your choice.
