Thanks for posting those pics Scott. Hopefully it'll give you guys an indication of the quality of Corvettes we have over here. The show was held last weekend as mentioned at Sydney's Fox Studios...where both the Matrix movies were made.

John...Judging has always been a contentious matter when you have volunteers doing the judging no matter how well intentioned they are and I have nothing but praise for those who gave of their time and efforts to make our show a success.
My point of conjecture is when you enter a catagory (modified in my case...8 or more mods) and you get appraised more on whether your car looks pretty rather than having those modifications which place you in that class in the first place scrutinised for their merits as well.
Our club events have reached the stage now where the judging needs to be handled by those more knowledgeable in what they are looking at rather than just giving a car a cursory glance and awarding it points on it's looks alone.
Having said that we had a great day, good weather ...eventually and a well set up show, but no prizes.....this time. :rolleyes: :cry

Bob,i guess that was my point.....you have well thought out and well executed mods......until you have tried to do them yourself you really dont appreciate how hard it is to get right....all the inexperienced seem to be able to see is how shiny it is,not how well done it is......8 mods!...I am sure that there aren't 8 things i haven't changed on my car other than the interior and the body work.......the only thing not modded under my hood is the wiper motor and that was rebuilt,but all anyone seems to see is the rocker covers...john :chevy ;)
