Anyone? This is my final missing piece to my column rebuild. '78 tilt/ tele non cruise column

I'm not sure if you are asking what it is but if you are it's for your turn signal. Here it is connected on my 79 L82 w/ Tilt/Tele

That part attaches to your turn signal switch like above photo shows. The follower (Ball) rides in the channel of your dimmer pivot. Put a dab of lithium grease in the pivot channel.
