I need to lower the side window to remove the mirror, but the car doesn't have power yet. Is there any way to lower it manually?

Why don't you use battery or booster pack and energize it down? Small jumpers.

Your power window motor picks up a ground by being attached to the door.
Remove the two wire connector from the rear of the PW motor.
Applying 12 volts to one terminal sends the window up
Applying 12 volts to the other terminal sends the window down.
