Default Another mystery connector HELP

78 Corvette
This connector is behind the dash near the fuse box. Also can someone show me the Cruise control set/resume switch and the location????

Early 1978 cars had the delay timer behind the dash pad, that's what this connector looks like, plus the wire colors jive.

You can disconnect the white wires from the plugs and connect them together. That way you dont need a delay timer.
