Yes - Just go to Google and enter “Exhaust h-pipe kit” and a number of them pop up.
My search on Google did not yield any specific product that are direct bolt-on for a C3 Corvette. I'm specifically looking for a C3 bolt on kit which requires no welding.
I Don't think you'll find one labeled for a C3 specifically. Things like this are "universal" so you would find the size of your 2 main pipes and the distance between them, and then figure out which kit works for you. It may be weld-free but there will be cutting involved. They are basically clamp-in systems that you cut to fit in. All of our C3 exhaust systems are probably a little different - pipe size, exact distance between pipes, etc.
Oh wow! Stock system should not Drone? I thought they all did. The following is what I ordered from Corvette America. It was installed in to 1971 coupe with Manual 350. The drone is pretty bad and makes driving the car very unpleasant.

Does anyone make a bolt on H pipe kit that does not require welding?
Thanks-
If you're not equipped to do any welding, my advice is bite the bullet and take it to a muffler shop. They can weld in an H pipe setup that is removable with band clamps or comes apart at some flanges. Have them put the crossover as far forward as possible (mine is right behind the header collectors, the most efficient place for a crossover). A properly placed H pipe does wonders for reducing drone and noise volume.
