Radiator overflow bottle ?
The 73 bottle is very hard to remove from inside the RH Fender when looking to repair the A/C or blower motor.
Has anyone found a smaller bottle that fits in a better place?

Not sure about a smaller replacement. However, keep your original if it's ok! The 1973 Expansion Tank is a "one year only" design and not reproduced.

I struggled and removed my oem expansion tank that was really nasty. First I used a turkey baster to get all the coolant out and then turned it sideways/upside down to get he tank out. I had tried to remove it from the bottom (splash shield) but the ac lines and vir was in the way. I purchased a 74 tank and then realized that it needed to be jerry rigged to fit. I used longer bolts, with spacers,
as I didn’t want to drill any new holes. I am now trying peroxide to “whiten-clean” my original tank. As stated no one make a replacement for the 73. Let me know if you need more information.
