Default Vacuum hoses

Good morning guys. Made the mistake of taking my pristine 69 corvette to the WRONG mechanic to stop a tiny oil leak and got the car back all boogered up with headlights up ( vacuum lines disconnected ) , shielding back on wrong valve covers and oil pan all scratched up and covered with caulk.

Anyway I have found the disconnected vacuum line for the headlights and will redo everything I just paid 500.00 for , myself and get everything back the way it was before I decided to give myself a break and let somone with a lift track down this nagging small leak I had. ( car leaks much worse now )

any help would be appreciated

oh car car is a 69 300hp automatic with ac ( factory )

my question for you guys is in regard to this picture. This one short vacuum line coming rough firewall and then stops right there not connected to anything. I can’t figure out where this went and the schematics on line aren’t helping that much. Nothing on this car was disconnected or bypassed even the headlight washers work. Can anyone tell me where this line goes ? Looks like it may have even been cut ?
