Default 68 passanger side vents
The passanger side vent I belive should be blocked close, but this on can pivot open.

is the right or should I bond it close

Mine are bonded closed but I cant tell you what the NCRS wants. I would believe that it should be bonded since theres a firewall behind there and nothiing you need to get too

For 68 and 69, the last vent in each fender is closed (fake). There are fender/cowl bonding areas behind each.

That blocked vent is painted semi-flat (or satin) black from the factory, so that it appears to be open like the others.
