Default Tanks Inc Complete kit

Hello All,
I have a 1971 Stingray that will be getting an LS Engine/T56 Swap. I wanted to know if anyone has run the TanksInc complete kit? It seems it has everything to convert over to the EFI. I would drill a hole int he Original like i have seen others did but it seems that for the 30 years this car sat under a lean too that the squirrels put there nut supply on top of the tank. Long story short the old one is to rusty for my liking on this frame off build. I am wanting something simple and bolt on that will accommodate a 500-550hp Ls engine. Does anyone have any input?

Yes I have used their tanks on a few cars I have done. They work very well. I do also have an original new tank that has been converted to FI with a Walbro 255L pump. It still has the original sending unit in it for the fuel gauge. It is for sale at a much reduced price.

Gordon, Is there any baffling in that converted tank? I currently have a stock tank with an external pump and am not overly happy with it due to fuel slosh.

The pump actually sits in a small bucket of fuel with a hole or two drilled in it to slow fuel to come in. The tank itself has no baffles.

Not a C3 swap but on my C10 LS swap I used a Tanks Inc tank. Baffled to prevent slosh. Works well. 255 Walbro pump.

I have used Tanks Inc in at least 5 different cars, it's also who Holley uses and rebrands for their stuff. Factory fit, great support zero issues. Buy with high confidence.

I love the Tanks fit and function. I used the same combination shown by Gordon on my 72 road race replica and it worked so well I bought a new stock style tank for my 1974 restoration.

I was going to use Gordon's Tanks/Walbro setup for my build but decided to stay with a carburetor setup and not go EFI so his tank is here now and he will be selling it soon. Great setup. Good luck with your decision.

I converted my C2 to efi. I purchased a 427 sbc with Sniper installed and dynoed from Blueprint Engines. I ordered the Tanks fuel tank, Walbro pump, sender etc. separately from Summit. They automatically converted the individual components into a package that came with Holley Installation instructions. More importantly, their correction saved me over $100. Highly recommended!
