If its cracked or sagging to one side you may need a new spring. If If the spring bolts are cranked all the way to the top and the *** is still dragging you may need a new spring.
If its just bouncy then its a shock issue. If you hear banging then you need to check the shocks to see if the bushings are gone, or a shock has leaked out, or the rear diff snubber is loose or the bracket is loose. If the rear feels like its swaying side to side then your strut bushings or trailing arm bushings are loose or shot. If you hit a bump and the car jumps to the side then you need a rear end alignment
