71 Coupe Vin Plate Location
Hi all
Can anyone advise where I can find the Vin plate on my 71 Coupe??
Also what is the key switch in the back panel for??- looks like it should open the boot?? but no boot on a Vette???????

To add to what Mike said, the alarm should use the same round head key that the spare tire lock and rear storage compartment lock use.
Turning the key in the alarm horizontally should arm it and opening either door or hood while armed should cause the little trumpet shaped horn located in the area under the antenna by the gas tank to beep.
