71 Horn Location
Horn issues. Horn button in good shape. Replaced relay and horn. Prior owner spliced a wire lug on the dark green horn wire at the relay and ran the wire to front of the car and mounted the horn to the L inner fender. I discovered the correct horn wires in the front harness cut off of course. Not sure why the after market wire was ran however, the continuity is good for the original wires. So removed lug and wire and using correct wiring. I’m on assembly manual upc 12 sheet A5 showing horn location. It’s vague at best. Need a pic of location possible. Did 71’s come with 1 or 2 horns?

Paul, I can't answer your question directly, but I was looking in the Vehicle Information Kit that GM offers and thought about the offer that Forum Member Emerson Gallup (papawana) here offered and ask him to send you a wiring diagram. He's provided them to scores of Forum members since 2008.
If you don't have one, I think you'll find it plenty useful in time.
By the way, my '73 convertible only came with one horn. Don't know why they would do that, and it does sound lame.
