Default Tri-Power Date Code Question

I have a tri-power set up and I am debating whether to keep or sell it. I think I may just bolt it on a 454 '74 Convertible I am building - or possibly stick with the "stock look" Quadrajet.

I have recorded all the numbers off of the carbs and intake and I think I understand what I am seeing, but one date code has me stumped.

Intake = 3919852 the codes on the underside are 4217 (?) and 10.27.67 I do not know what the 4217 means

Outboard carbs = 3902353 List 3659 7A2 I understand this to mean 2nd week of October 1967

Center Carb = 3902335 List 3660 0350 - this number does not match any date code scenario I can find. Does this mean anything to the experts? the 3660 was the center carb for a 1967 - but the date sequence is head scratcher.

A 4 digit code is, first three Julian day of year, last digit year. So February of 1980 or 1990 or 2000. Sounds like a replacement carburetor.
