Default LS5 engine numbers- HELP

I have recently purchased a 71 LS5 convertible and I believe it to be original numbers matching car but the engine numbers just don’t look right. The CPH is right and so is the S102553. But what does all the rest mean? Is it a restamped engine? HELP so confused?

The C11 suffix on the VIN derivative was used only during the 71 model year and is correct for 71s.
