I have tried everything and I can’t keep the fan out of the radiator. It is a 71, t bar, auto, vintage air, power steering, and it’s pushing a 496, short water pump, 5 blade fan. Can somebody show very good pictures close up of their fan system. I’m about ready to try electric. thanks for your help.

The fan blades should be several inches behind the surface of the radiator and the radiator should have a fan shroud on it to FORCE the airflow into the fan. If that's NOT what you have, you need to research the AIM or other configuration documentation to see what components you SHOULD have in that area.
