69 light issues
69 No parking lights or tail lights or interior lights.
Installed new dash and rear harnesses.
Headlights, brake lights and all but one turn signals work.
Where is the best place to start?

I replaced the harnesses in my 69. Had a heck of a time trying to get the rear light connector to "lock". Check that and for a couple of connector pins that may have pushed out.

Check the fuse panel. Make sure the lights are on to check power on the output side. The power to that fuse is supplied by the light switch. I thought I had a bad light switch but digging deeper I had a burnt wire on the back of the fuse panel. Use a meter and start poking around
