just bear in mind your orig fuel line is 40 years old and spent it's life with fuel flowing through it at a slight negative pressure as it was being sucked by a pump bolted to the block. you put 60 psi fuel in that line and a rust pit or stress crack will be spraying fuel all over your exhaust.
I had a sump welded into the stock tank but it didn’t work very well since the sump was on an angle and wasn’t the lowest point of the tank. I ended up gutting the rearend completely and Installed a 15g aluminum tank.

I used a tank from tanks.com. Came set up for in tank fuel pump. It was for a 74 and FITech set up. Came with special hangers to route around the fuel pump. Great company. No complaints.
