Slow blinkers

My turn signal blinkers seem really slow. On for for 3 seconds before off. Then repeat. Anyone know what the problem is?

Bad flasher unit. Replace the flasher.

Check all the bulbs.
I think the flasher slows down when any of the blinking bulbs are out.

Did you recently switch to LEDs? You may need one of these (or two, for the hazards).

Yes, they will slow if any of the lamps are burned out. They will also slow if the lamps aren't drawing full current due to dirty connections or poor grounds.

I found the ground was bad on the drivers side rear light. After fixing it the blinkers were a bit faster, but I do still think I need to replace the flasher.
