Default Pushrod spin

I have a roller rocker and roller lifter cam, should my pushrods spin while running? I know that with flat tappet pushrods spin because the lifter spins., but should my pushrods spin on my roller lifters? Worried about not wearing properly because of not spinning.
thanks for any info.

They may or may not spin and will be fine.

FYI all of my roller lifter engines show signs that the pushrod does spin while running. The pushrod shows wear marks all the way around the pushrod, I assume with millions of cycles they just slightly move with use and will wear all the way around.

The factory has been using roller lifters since 1987 so it will be fine.

PRs spin because their flat tappet Lifters' Bodies rotate because their Tapered flat tappet Lobes induce a rotation in the lifters' bodies.

Roller Lobes do Not have a Taper and their Lifters' Bodies do not rotate (better hope they don't!)

All Roller Lifter Bodies I'm aware of have some means to prevent bodies from rotating ... e.g. OE dog bones aka guides, retro link bars, retro keyways

They can spin some, so can the valve itself.
