Default Heater box wiring help

Sorry about the double post but I don’t know what that spoiler thing is about. Anyway please tell me a way to disconnect the wires from the heater box. Pulling the heater core seems crazy

It should be a plug into the heater motor resistor behind that plenum, awkward to get out, slightly worse to get back on

I'm pretty sure yours is located there and not in the engine bay, from what I recall it's sort of in from the top, maybe stuff a camera in a take a photo to see if it helps
