Default Route 77 back on the road!

Been working on it for 5 years, finally driving it again:
The black hose is for monitoring pressures on the new 700R4, there is another cable on the other side for an Air/Fuel Meter, debugging and tuning going on.

My build:
9:2 CR
Upgraded QJet
Lunati 10230702LK 112/227@ .050, 112 lobe separation
AFR streetfighter heads
Hedman 68301 long tube headers
Bowtie Overdrives 700R4
Borgeson Steering upgrade
Vintage Air heating and A/C
Retrosound stereo with 4 JBLs

BTW, that personalized plate came with the car, put on by the PO (ex Playboy bunny, really!). I like it so I kept it, I am old enough to remember the old TV show, Route 66 and the Corvette that starred in it. So far I have only put on about 10 miles so don't ask me about performance, it is running pretty good though.

Thanks guys. Yes, license plate "Route 77" sorry for not being more explicit. Did get a little surprise at AAA when I took the car off non-operational status. In California a non-op car does not accrue registration fees but the fee for the personalized plate does not go away so I owed over $300 for the five years that I have been working on it...groan.

I understand your pain. I've had a "vanity plate" since the mid 70s, and the added cost that goes with it. However, if, for some reason, you give it up, you may not ever get it back, as it then becomes an available number for anybody else to claim.
