Default Booster brake install issue

I own a 1971 4 speed and I am trying to convert the brakes from manual to booster. A problem developed where I cannot get to the upper left bolt under the dash. The clutch arm is in the way. My question is can if I remove the dash can I get to the bolt from there?

Any advise would be helpful.
Thanks,
SJRed

Yes. And the job is much easier removing the steering column and then the dash.

Thank you for your response. Yes we ended up removing the steering column and now the dash. Again thanks for your help.

You can remove the clutch/brake pedal assembly, its not that hard to and it makes that last bolt easy. I have removed it without taking anything out - a pita job, but possible. Bob Messina
