Default New Dash Harness Issues

I am installing a new dash harness along with PW and rear harness. Before installing the rest of the dash I decided to test things first. I have the speedo/tach dash in and wires connected as well as the gauge cluster. The problem I am having is it will not turn over nor does the left-hand turn signal light work (new bulb). I have the horn, lights, right-hand turn signal, taillights, PW and headlamps all work.

A few notes to assist in helping troubleshoot this. The car is a 72 vert resto-mod car with an MSD ignition setup. The Engine harness is new and was installed a few years ago so the dash should be simply plugging this up the way the old one came off (old harness wasn't chopped up by bubba). I also have the Dr.'s laminated wiring diagrams and have traced every connection to make sure I didn't miss anything but clearly I am.

Thoughts, other things to check etc.? Any response will be greatly appreciated.

Well, I'm an idiot. After checking the connections again I finally noticed that the clutch safety connection had not been made. I missed the first few times because those purple wire connectors are up in the corner above the fuze box. However, my turn LH turn signal dash light isn't working so any thoughts on that would be helpful. I can hear the flasher when I engage it but no light.

Thanks,

Paul

Entirely possible the new bulb is bad or not seated correctly. Sounds like pulling the left dash pad back out is in your future.
