Henry Preciado has worked on a few and habitually weighed them because blasted frames and pitted frames were coming in at over 60lbs lighter. Thats significant structural integrity loss. He made a video describing his services at the time below with the emphasis on safety.
Basically Mid Year frames were 300lbs to start and later C3 with the enforced trailing arm area is more like 315lbs stripped of all hardware. He does do a decent walk through with two frames to provide visuals.
