Default What was original in 1979?
Should the kick panels/vent panels by your feet have carpet on them? I am starting to replace some of the interior and was thinking about that last night.

My 79 does have carpet on the kick panels, I was surprised because
my 76 did not have carpet on the kick panels.

My 79 does have carpet on the kick panels, and I know for a fact that is original.

yes there is carpet on panel. carpeted panels also has storage pockets towards the front side of panels. good luck!
