Thanks. I just called them and they don't have what I'm looking for. What they do have is a fully adjustable upper control arm. I think I'll seek out a frame shop who can tweak the frame about 3/8" for me.

Assume you took the measurement with the wheels on the floor?
If you did, can you try taking the weight off the front wheels by carefully jacking up on the leading edge of the cross member and then rechecking the measurement.

The car is up on 4 jack stands positioned under the frame between the wheels. The front wheels are hanging free. The engine and trans are in, but nothing else.
I don't know what you mean by jacking up the leading edge of the cross member.
