The original part number was 14040578, it is discontinued. Currently there is no vendor for this part and it's made from what we call Un-obtanium. Good luck
1982....I'm an Engineer and a do-it-yourselfer....I have a gut feeling that you can source the parts individually and rebuild what you have. Even swagged on ends and crimps can be un-crimped and un-swagged.
Mine still works but when it craps out...that's what I'd do.
I get that question asked a fair amount....Is this a 'business opportunity'???
Along the same lines I have an antique boat...the control cables went bye bye....I just rebuilt them with the old ends and new cables.....boffo!
You might be able to swap-out the servo/cable with a salvaged one from that vintage GM car. They all saw the same amount of throttle movement and used the same level of vacuum. If the servo is functional, you just need to attach it as needed. The control head will determine when the vacuum level is increased/decreased and stabilize the set points.

Yup, I'd take it off and go junk yard shopping! Pick up a couple, who knows, you might make a buck or three for your troubles later. GM used a lot of parts across vehicle lines. Good luck!
