There is a better way to test the intake you want to put on your engine. No point in getting the intake ported to flow 360cfm if you heads only flow 300cfm. What you get them to do is flow the the heads and get the number. Then attach the intake and have them flow the two bolted together.
What you are looking for is percentage lost,my combination of port matched (by AFR) Vic. Jr. intake with AFR 227 heads was 2% so no need to spend any money on the intake.

Im betting most intakes dont need all the porting guys think they do.
Ive always bolted them together such as yours when trying to get it "just right" otherwise its shooting in the dark.
