heater box braces
Hi All,
I took out my inner heater box/heater core to rebuild the box and replace all of the seals. The car did not have any of the under dash brace supports that go from the box stud to the trans tunnel. The car is an coupe with a/c. Are these for the convertible models only, non a/c cars or all models?

I know 70-72 far better, but since no one else has jumped in, let me try. Do you have an assembly manual? If not, you would find it very helpful. Looking in the AC section in the back, if they are specifically for AC. If not, and you find them in the regular section, then on that and adjoining pages, see if they are spelled out for 637 (convertible) or 437 (coupe) or both. That should give you the information you seek.
