Low 14's would be expected. A high 13 would be,....well, lets just say everything would have to be perfect. And I mean "everything"

Keep the car in perspective of what it is. If you want an all out track screamer than you will have to spend some bucks for that. If for your daily drive and once in awhile race your on the right track. perhaps some changes can still be made. I would go with a high stall TC and perhaps a different tranny. (700 R) that would give you great off the line response, better et's & gas mileage. If I were to do it over That would be my choice. You have the right rear gears in place already. Perhaps a bigger cam if you want to get more radical. Do a calculation with other gears and see what times come up.
