Default rear spring adjuster links

Corvette Mods rear spring adjuster/preload kit

I was warned abut the poor customer service at Corvette Mods. I was looking at this kit because it is similar to the Duntov kit.
A couple of questions:
Does anyone know of any other company making a similar kit
Since I would be trying it on my race car, do they actually make that much of a difference? What Duntov says on their site makes sense, but is there actually that much of a difference?'
I have seen some pictures of the several race cars that have a similar setup. Is this something that was custom made?

I guess I have a lot of time right now to make some suspension changes before our first race.

thanks

Looks like it replaces the spring bolt with an adjustable heim joint design. So by making it longer/shorter I guess you can change the rear ride height.

You can do that with the stock spring bolt.

The difference is in the connection, as they stated under negative load the stock setup will let the spring ride up the bolt. With their setup the spring can not ride up. Have no idea how much of a practical benefit this is since I dont know how often a car will actually have no load on the spring..

I guess you would want to look for scuff marks on your hanger bolts. This seems very unlikely. A tell-tale would 'tell' the story.

Thats is what we are wondering. Sears Point has several spots where you are cresting a rise so the car is unloading. We are just not sure how much it actually helps. I know that several cars I have looked at online the past few days have this setup just wondering if it is worth the money.

I would expect accelerated wear for the contantly and highly loaded heim joints.
