Default Black / Orange connector - engine bay - ?????

I have been working on getting my 71 vette that I purchased back to "good" and that has involved sorting out a lot of connections that are not mated. Its a 4 speed with a 350. I have a connection that is loose in the engine bay that I cannot find a mate for. I checked the wiring guides that are posted - but no luck. If anyone can help that would be great. I have posted three pics - the one with the circle is the origin point as best as I could get to it with my phone.

Is it a couple feet long after exiting the wiring harness? If so, it's the TCS solenoid wire to the switch about midpoint on the intake manifold.
