Brake Rotor and Pad Package - Problem
All,
We recently installed a Powerstop brake pad and rotor combination kit on my sons 1968 Corvette that we're restoring. After we tightened the wheels down, the rotors appear to contact the calipers, causing them to bind and not turn. It seems like they don't seat on the hub correctly and therefore when you torque the wheels down you end up with all sorts of problems with clearances.
Anyone run into anything like this? Or are their any suggestions on how to remedy this problem? I've emailed Powerstop and will let you all know what I learn.
