I posted a long winded and frustrated post. Sorry. Wiper woes. After a revisit I have discovered no 12v on the wiper a d heater circuits at the fuse box. However I do have continuity from yellow at the wiper motor plug all the way through the fuse box to the wiper relay yellow at the console. Same for the for the other wires. I even clamped onto the ground connection and went to my #2 driver side mount bolt. Rang strong. So my grounds are good. Not sure where the power is supplied from the the wiper circuit.
Anyone?

The 68 wiper system is a bit unique. Wilcox has a good bench test you can do to make sure its functioning while its still in the car, then you need to make sure the switch is good. I would start there then see where that gets you.
yes I have seen that paper. I very rarely ask for help because I am a study freak. I've seen pretty much of all the common information that google and other sites offer. I am looking for the one piece that I'm missing. I do appreciate everyone's efforts. Unfortunately most of these write ups are missing the finer details, like were does the power originate from. In my research I've discovered that the wiper, heater and radio circuits all get powered from the 12ga. brown ACC wire off the ignition switch. This article falls just short of those details. Although it did get me started and made me realize I needed more details. So thank you for your help. It is appreciated.

thank you for your response. Yes I have pretty much gone through these exercises already to ensure operation . My issue is the no 12v power to the wiper, heater and radio circuits. I think I narrowed it to the ACC 12ga. brown wire coming from the ignition switch. Unfortunately I think I'm about to remove the driver side dash to gain access to the harness. Which I'm pretty disappointed because I went through the complete harness when it was out of the car. This has been a 8 or 9 year restoration. So I pretty much touch every nut and bolt.
before pulling the dash just pull the fuse panel and test it from the back
I did last night. It's strange that I connect to the 12ga. brown wire in the box, don't get continuity back at the ACC tab on the ignition switch but I do when I poke around at different spots on the harness. It seem like there is a open between the ignition switch A C and the fuse box which I find hard to believe because I went through each harness, made any little repairs before installing. The only reonly to speak of were a couple light sockets and 1 fiberoptic lens.

thats a strange one. The harness itself may have gotten pinched and broke the wiring at one point???? Weird for sure. Is that the only wire that has dead spots? Maybe water got into the harness and its corroded on the inside, I've had trailer harnesses do that.

I've had wiring issues in the past and lost all my tali lights and center console lights but had brake lights. I had to ride the brake light switch all the way home so It looked like I had tail lights. It turned out the fuse box had an open on the path sending power from the light switch through the fuse panel back to the light switch. I know how the light switch works now. That was a pain in the ****. Thats why I suggested looking at the back of it. If you have a power issue maybe you could bypass that wire to trouble shoot it and run a temporary wire in its place to see if you can get the wipers working. I had to do that trying to figure out my issue. I know that the fuses can pull power from one wire on the back and that they are ganged together
