Help. What is this?
Please help. Trying to figure out wiring in the car. 1976 l48 auto. Can’t figure out what that thing is. Only thing that looks alike in the manual is a “directional switch”. But wire colors don’t match and I can’t find another picture of it anywhere... one Purple wire goes to a weird clamp on the break pedal. And half of the loom goes thru the firewall into the engine bay. On the other side it’s just cut off and doesn’t go anywhere. Seems like a cruise control unit since mine is broken off and not working. But it’s not in the manual or shop book. Thx
