Default 69 Right Turn Signal Problem (No Power at External Wire Connector)

I have a 69 Vette Restomod with a new chrome aftermarket tilt steering. My problem is my right turn signal is not getting any power at the external plastic plug connector that exits the steering column.(left side works great)! I confirmed the proper connections and the green wire (right turn signal) is connected to the M position on the connector. I used a test light to check power at the connector and there is none. The yellow wire (left turn signal has power)......any suggestions on correcting this turn signal problem would be appreciated!!!!

Sorry, this sounds like an issue with the aftermarket switch in the aftermarket column. Look at tilt columns on ebay. Find yours. Contact seller about switch. Upside, it will be cheaper than OEM Corvette switch...
