68 rear spring misaligned?

I was thinking 8" bolts was the norm. Maybe not.
I recall a poster installing 10" last year for that "low-rider" look. (Too low)
I believe the 7 leaf was actually stiffer, more arch than the 9 leaf?
As I recall the difference in leaf spring sets is the width of the leafs also. Maybe somebody knows the difference. One was wider, had different bracket maybe?

In the picture above, is that after jacking up the car and NOT rolling it back and forth or is that the normal stance when it is driven?
