69 c3 tach cable?

69 c3 tach cable?
While I have my dash apart I am going to replace the tach cable. What is the correct cable for a 69 427 manual transmission? Can I get one at a local auto parts store or do I have to pay the inflated corvette supplier tax?
Is my vette stock?? HAHA

On 68 the speedo cable is a lot longer and they screw into the speedo or tach the same as the screwed into the tranny and dizzy. I dont know if the gauge assembly attachment changed in 69 or later

Not gonna swear to it, but my experience is No diff between tach & speedo cable cores ... so long as correct tips and length. YMMV
