Ebay: Rare paint color
This may actually be a rare paint color, I really don't know. But the picture isn't too convincing, since there are 2 cars that color in it. :lol:

I'm sorry, rare paint colors do not a collector make IMO, I wouldnt care if it was the only car painted in that color, and it wouldnt change the desirability of that particular model.

My thoughts exactly. He may even be limiting his numbers to purple coupes. You can make any car rare if you take enough options into effect.

Looks like the old "Plum Crazy" Mopar paint they used on a few of their upper end 'Cudas and Challengers. On those, it raises the value a bunch. No biggie on a Vette for now, but hey, you never know...
