Default PS Pump Adjustment

I have a 1968 327 with AC and PS. Need to replace all of the belts. On the PS unit there is a bolt on the rear for adjustment which I loosened. There are two bolts on the front side. I loosened both bolts but no movement on the pump. Do I need to completely remove the lower bolt?

Should just need to loosen the bolts/nuts, no need to remove any
two at the bottom (bolt on front and a nut on the back) and one nut at the top - back
All on the pump not the ones that hold it to the block

Thanks, I found the bolt/nut. Hard to see from the top of he engine. Last time I changed the belts (1990) the car was on jack stands and it was much easier to access.
