my guess is whatever the spacer height is that is your height difference? Its not like cutting guess...
NO clue why someone would put spacer in...but if your not happy take it out..hell put a new springs in while there to your taste or upgrade...make sure located correctly in spring pockets!

I have no desire to replace the springs, just wondering if someone had an educated guess as to how much it would drop.
Measure the distance between coils that do not have the spacer and then measure the distance between the two coils that do have the spacer. The difference should be roughly how much drop you'll get. Those spacers will also make the ride stiffer so removing them should soften the ride a bit.
I just seen picture i thought under spring...probably an attempt to give a stiffer performance ride..
29 seems about 1/2 to 3/4 high ..after my new 474 springs i was about 28 3/8
I'm late, but I run washer style spacers under my springs. I adjust riding height by the size of my spacer. I've found that it's about a 2 to 1 ratio. A 1/2" spacer raises the ride height about 1". I cut one full coil out of my gymkhana spring, and played with 1/4", 1/2", and 1" spacers. The best ride height was with both the 1/4" and 1/2" spacers, or 3/4".
