Need Help!!! (electric fan wiring)

the painless kit is just not up to twin fans.
you need a proper fuse, not a breaker. You need heavier wire. And you definitely need a properly setup charging system.
if you haven't gone to Mad Electrical's web site and read there tech pages on Alternators yet. Please do so.
Thanks for the info. I do have a 100amp alternator but it sounds like the Painless kit is ****.

All, Thank you for the help. I think that I am going to have to just go with the mechanical fan until I can buy a better more robust wiring kit. I may just take the painless kit apart and replace the wires a couple steps bigger for each. But regardless, it seems that I was perhaps saved from some unnecessary headaches
