72 vette headlight bezel replacements

72 vette headlight bezel replacements
Hi All,
My 72 Headlight bezels are metal on left side, fiberglass on right side. Metal one is chipped.
What are fellow vette owners opinion of the Plastic replacements?
Your opinions are always greatly appreciated.

The 73+ were all fiberglass (SMC?) while the 68-72 were metal
If it's just chipped, you may be able to build it back up with some JB weld and you'll never know it was fixed, otherwise unless you're really stuck on it, I'd go with a set of used 'glass ones without any worry

I prefer the metal ones, but thats me. I have a 68 and the headlights themselves are smaller than 69 + so the plastic doesnt fit as nice as th emetal
