Default 68 Fan Speed Selector Switch

Can someone confirm that I'm checking this correctly? Based on the chart, at low speed I should have continuity between terminals 1 and 2. At medium speed, continuity between 1 and 2-3, etc. I'm able to get continuity between 1 and 2 on low but that's it. At any other fan speed selection the circuit remains open. I believe the switch is bad. I'm only able to get low speed to the blower no mater where the switch is set which is surprising. I've read other posts for trouble shooting "no high speed fan" and think I've narrowed it down to the switch. I have run 12V straight to the blower and it does run on high speed.
Thanks

I replaced my 1968's switch last year and documented how the switch operated. I remember that it was a bit different than I expected and possibly different from your chart. Will take a look in the morning and see if I can find the information. Also you may try the Willcox Corvette site for more information also.

Edit update: Sorry could not find my diagram for this.
