Vbp rear spring rate?

I just bought a vbp rear spring set up it was used and I'm not sure how to tell which lb spring I have.I'm about to order front springs for some coilovers that I got and I want to set the car up to be balanced correctly and I need to know the rear spring rate for that.

That is an adjustable spring. When the mounting bolts are moved outboard, you get stiffer suspension. When you move the mounting bolts inboard, you get a softer suspension. Tomorrow I can look at one of my old VB&P catalogs for more detail as to setting the spring up. Jerry

Oh that's really cool! well now I need to decide on how stiff I want it to be.

Here's an old install video that includes that spring.
You get to drop the diff cross member and drill holes in it to attach that bracket:

It's a pretty cool piece and it makes TONS of room for exhaust to route back there.
