Not only am I learning about vettes, I'm learning about moving things around on my computer. PLEASE, someone tell me how to move a picture out of my files into my signature - I can't find anything in this forum site to instruct me. :rolleyes: Go ahead, roll your eyes! Some kind soul come to my rescue!

To put a picture in your signature, it must first be downloaded to the net. If you have a website or a place to host your pictures, all you have to do then is to modify your signature under your profile. Click "my profile" in upper left corner of the forum pages, then select "my signature", in the "modify your signature" box, just click on the "IMG" button. the "IMG" and "/IMG" will appear with brackets around them [ ] [ ] , just enter the address of the photo you want to appear and when you view it, it should be there.

The FREE hosts like Angelfire & Geocities do not like people clicking into images on their servers without pages attached. Most of us have ISP's that provide us home pages that we dump our pix into and have them appear here. Or we have our own sites that host those images. When roadrunner gets tired of my jpgs using up their bandwidth I'll switch to my own site to host them.

Thanks for the welcome, and would they ever like to help! Trouble is I have a hard time letting any of them do more than ride along. It certainly won't leave the yard without me inside!
