Just went for a short ROMP!
I've been sick w/cold all week. Laryngitis since Tues and haven't been able to speak above a whisper. Doc gave me two days off work and I've been BORED :smash: Now when you are sick and hurtin' it is great to have a day off work to sleep in and relax.
But when you are feeling OK and just can't TALK then YAHHOOOOO fire up that Corvette! Pop it into gear and take off with your hair in the wind (if ya have any ;-)
I came to a few, if not important conclusions today on my romp:
* A Vette is great medicine for mild ailments
* California Sunshine is GREAT!
* I need to have more weekdays FREE to drive it
* People look at it more during the WEEK 'cause it is unusual I guess to drive a real unique car on a weekday
* It's the sexyest thing I've had since my second wife
* I can't WAIT! to retire that ol' 350 in favor of the upcoming 383!! :mad
