Default Starting problem
I have a1982 collectors Edition. I have rebuilt steering colum, changed neutral safety switch. And still sometimes the car won't start. When I connect a remote starter switch it fires right up. This problem only happens sometimes. I am out of Ideas on how to repair this problem. Hoping someone else may have had similar issues.

Did you correctly set up the ignition switch so that it closes the contacts properly when the key is turned to the start position?

make sure the slide switch is adjusted proporly sounds like it is just a hair off
