Default 1968 coupe door window replacement

I have a 1968 coupe that I am trying to change the door windows on. I ordered a pair, on-line, specifically stating that they were for a 1968 Corvette Coupe and even sent the VIN. I got what seems to be made for a late model 1969 thru 1974 pair. These only have 5 holes where as my originals have 8 holes. The seller says there is a conversion bracket that will allow these to work on my '68. Does anybody know if this can be done. Thank you.

If you want originals, send these back, you have proven they are not correct
If you want a replacement window, buy the mounting bracket for a '69 thru '74 and use this window

The seller is sending me the brackets but I just wasn't sure if that could be done. If it works I'll use them. Thank you for your help.

I just got done replacing both windows on my '74. I am no expert on '68 but I know they have a lot of 1 off year stuff, The glass shape is the same between 68-82, somebody else will have to chime in but the lower mounting bracket are all the same between 69-82

The shape of '68-early '69 are different in that the bottom of the window is cut upward and there are 3 additional holes to mount the bracket. I think I will try the conversion bracket to see if it will work. If not I'll have to return them. I just wasn't sure if it would work. Thanks for you help.
